Purchase terms

1. General Provisions

 

1.1. These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) of the buyer and "Works with electricity WWE OÜ" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) are a binding legal document that sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, ordering goods and paying for them, delivery procedures and return conditions, as well as other provisions for the purchase and sale of goods in the online store eistore.ee

 

1.2. The buyer agrees to these Rules when registering on the website of the online store eistore.ee.

 

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, supplement and correct the Rules at any time. Buyers will be notified of changes to the Rules via email.

 

1.4. Only the following have the right to register and make purchases in the online store eistore.ee:

 

1.4.1. capable individuals, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not limited in court;

 

1.4.2. minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age who have received the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where minors independently manage their income;

 

1.4.3. legal entities;

 

1.4.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

 

1.5. The Buyer, by confirming his agreement with the Rules, confirms that, based on clause 1.4, he has the right to register and purchase goods in the online store eistore.ee.

 

 

 

2. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

 

2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller comes into force from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the product(s) to be purchased and created an order basket, clicks on the “CONFIRM” link

 

2.2. After concluding the purchase and sale agreement, the range of goods, quantity, as well as delivery time and other conditions specified by the Buyer at the time of placing the order are a mandatory and integral part of the agreement.

 

2.3. Purchase and sale agreements are registered and stored in the eistore.ee database.

 

 

 

3. Buyer's rights

 

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store eistore.ee in accordance with these Rules.

 

3.2. The buyer has the right to terminate the sales contract concluded with the online store eistore.ee by filling out an electronic return form no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

 

3.3. The Buyer cannot exercise the right to terminate the contract specified in clause 4.2 in connection with the following contracts:

 

3.3.1. supply agreements, with the consent of the Buyer, executed before the end of the 14-day period;

 

3.3.2. contracts for the supply of goods or services, the cost of which depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the supplier’s control;

 

3.3.3. contracts for the supply of goods that were manufactured in accordance with the special instructions of the Buyer, or goods clearly intended for a specific Buyer, or goods that cannot be returned due to their origin, short or expiring shelf life;

 

3.3.4. contracts for the supply of video or sound recordings, as well as software, if the said goods were unpacked by the user;

 

3.3.5. contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;

 

3.3.6. contracts for the supply of games and lotteries;

 

3.3.7. in other cases when the purchase and sale agreement is not subject to termination in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

3.4. The Buyer can exercise the right specified in clause 4.2 only if the goods are not damaged or their appearance has not undergone significant changes, as well as if the goods have not been used.

 

3.5. The Buyer has other rights provided for by these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

 

 

4. Rights of the Seller

 

4.1. If the Buyer in any way tries to harm the operation of the online store and the security of its database or violates other obligations mentioned in clause 6, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration or otherwise limit his ability to use the eistore.ee online store.

 

4.2. If the Buyer chooses cash payment upon receipt of the goods, and the Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, the order is cancelled.

 

 

 

5. Obligations of the Buyer

 

5.1. The buyer is obliged to pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner prescribed by these Rules.

 

5.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without providing an important reason, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of delivery of the goods.

 

5.3. The buyer undertakes to store and not transfer to third parties his data necessary for connecting to the website of the online store eistore.ee. In case of loss of data for connecting to the site, the Buyer is obliged to immediately notify eistore.ee about this. eistore.ee is not responsible for the actions of third parties who used the connection data before the notification and the opportunity to change the Buyer’s data by the administrator. In the above circumstances, eistore.ee has the right to consider that the actions performed in the online store were carried out by the buyer.

 

5.4. Buyers of the online store eistore.ee are obliged to comply with these Rules and other conditions clearly indicated on the website of the online store and not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

 

 

6. Obligations of the Seller

 

6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the services of the online store, the conditions for the provision of which are established by these Rules, as well as other rules provided by the eistore.ee store.

 

6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer to the address specified by him in accordance with the conditions established by these Rules.

 

6.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of his personal information.

 

6.4. If cases arise when, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver goods purchased in the online store eistore.ee, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer similar goods. If the Buyer refuses the offer, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) business days.

 

6.5. To the Buyer who has exercised the right provided for in paragraph 4.2 of these Rules and has not violated the conditions provided for in paragraph 4.4 of these Rules, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid within 14 days from the date the Buyer receives the returned goods.

 

 

 

7. Cost of goods

 

7.1. The price of goods in the online store eistore.ee is indicated in euros. The seller is a taxpayer. VAT is included in the price.

 

7.2. The sale prices indicate the retail prices of items (crossed out) as provided by suppliers or official distributors. Product prices crossed out are manufacturer's suggested retail selling prices.

 

 

 

8. Product quality guarantee, returns and exchanges

 

8.1. The consumer properties of all goods sold are indicated in the description provided with each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods available in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

 

8.2. The Seller is liable to the Buyer for goods with a defect present upon delivery of the goods. Warranty periods provided for by the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to goods.

 

8.3. If wishing to return the product(s) on the basis of these Rules, the Buyer must fill out a document on the return of goods, provide it along with the returned product, and also inform the Seller in accordance with the conditions specified in clause 4.2.

 

8.4. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

 

8.4.1. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged;

 

8.4.2. the goods must not be damaged by the Buyer, i.e. must not contain mechanical or other damage;

 

8.4.3. the goods must not have been in use and have not lost their presentation (labels are not damaged, protective films are not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply if the goods are returned of inadequate quality);

 

8.4.4. the completeness of the returned goods must be the same as when it was received by the Buyer;

 

8.4.5. When returning a product, you must present a document confirming its purchase, a warranty card (if one was issued) and a completed document confirming the return of the product;

 

8.4.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods from the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods have not been met;

 

8.4.7. The Buyer does not have the right to terminate the sales contract and return the goods if the Buyer has damaged the goods or significantly changed the appearance of the goods;

 

8.4.8. the return of goods is carried out in the manner established by the Seller;

 

8.4.9. in case of returning goods based on the right specified in clause 4.2, the Buyer shall pay the costs associated with returning the goods;

 

8.4.11. Money for returned goods can be refunded by bank transfer to the payer's bank account. The Seller does not bear any responsibility for the delay in transferring money for returned goods if the Buyer incorrectly provided or did not provide the data necessary for the return.

 

8.5. Cosmetic and perfume products may not be eligible for return if the Buyer has unpacked the products or damaged the packaging.

 

8.6. Lingerie, corsets, swimsuits, hair accessories, perishable goods, audio and video recordings, software and computer games may not be returned if the Buyer has damaged the packaging of the listed goods.

 

8.7. The buyer cannot return goods whose return conditions are not provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

 

 

9. Exchange of information

 

9.1. The Seller communicates with the Buyer using the email address specified in his registration form.

 

10. Responsibility

 

10.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate information in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

 

10.2. The buyer is fully responsible for the actions he takes after registering in the eistore.ee online store.

 

10.3. The buyer is responsible for the security of his registration data. If a third party uses the registration data, it will be considered the Buyer.

 

10.4. The Seller is released from any liability in all cases where losses arise as a result of the fact that the Buyer, despite the recommendations of the Seller and his own obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although such an opportunity was provided to him.

 

10.5. If damage occurs, the guilty Party shall compensate direct losses to the other Party.

 

 

 

11. Marketing means used by the Seller

 

11.1. The seller may carry out various promotions, change their terms and conditions at any time and terminate their validity.

 

11.2. The Seller may provide Buyers with virtual currency units, which can be used to pay for purchased goods only in the online store eistore.ee.

 

11.3. Virtual currency units cannot be exchanged for euros.

 

 

 

12. Final provisions

 

12.1. eistore.ee reserves the right to terminate, supplement at its discretion, and also change these Rules and other documents related to the Rules, notifying the Buyer about this on the online store website. Additions and changes to the Rules come into force from the date of announcement, i.e. from the date of placement in the online store system.

 

12.2. If the Buyer does not agree with the new edition of the Rules, partial additions and changes, the Buyer has the right to refuse to comply with them, provided that the Buyer is deprived of the right to use the services of the online store.

 

12.3. If, after changing the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new edition of the Rules, partial additions and changes.

 

12.4. These Rules are drawn up on the basis of legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

12.5. The law of the Republic of Estonia applies to relations arising on the basis of these Rules.

 

12.6. All disagreements arising during the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. If disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

 

12.7. The parties are released from their obligations to comply with these Rules if their implementation is impossible due to force majeure.

 

 

 

Delivery terms

1. When purchasing goods in the online store eistore.ee, the Buyer can choose a method of delivery of goods, such as a goods delivery service.

 

2. Goods delivery service:

 

2.1. The buyer who has chosen the service for delivery of goods undertakes to indicate the exact address for delivery of the goods;

 

2.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that he himself cannot accept the goods, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make a claim to the Seller for the delivery of goods to an unsuitable entity;

 

2.3. the goods can be delivered by the Seller himself or his authorized representative;

 

2.4. the cost of delivery of goods is determined taking into account the delivery address, as well as the weight and size of the goods;

 

2.6. The seller reserves the right to change the cost of delivery of goods.

 

3. Delivery times for goods are given in the product descriptions. Dates are preliminary and subject to change. The seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered as quickly as possible.

 

4. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged, together with the Seller or his authorized representative, to check the parcel and sign an invoice, delivery note or other document on acceptance and delivery of the parcel. If the Buyer has signed an invoice, waybill or other document on the acceptance and delivery of the parcel, it is considered that the parcel was delivered in proper condition, and damages not caused by manufacturing defects, as well as inconsistencies in completeness (that which can be determined during an external inspection of the goods) No product(s) found. The buyer, having received a parcel from a SmartPOST or Omniva parcel terminal and noticing discrepancies, must immediately report this to eistore.ee.

 

 

 

Privacy Policy

1. Before making a purchase in the online store eistore.ee, the buyer is required to fill out an order form. In this case, the buyer must indicate his valid data: first name, last name, email address. mail (email), telephone, delivery address.

 

2. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that at the email address specified by him. mail will receive information messages necessary for ordering, payment and delivery of goods, and also agrees that the email address. mail will be used for direct marketing purposes.

 

3. The buyer is also obliged to indicate his personal data (name, surname, delivery address, telephone number), which is necessary for the purchase, delivery and payment of goods.

 

4. The Seller assures that this data will be used only for the purposes of purchasing goods and direct marketing.

 

5. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Seller’s partners providing services for the delivery of goods or other services related to the proper implementation of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be transferred to third parties only in the manner prescribed by the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

 

 

 

Return Policy

You can return all eistore.ee products.

 

THE COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

 

You can return items within 14 days after receiving your order.

 

Please pack returned items and prepare them for shipment.

 

Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging (addresses must not be written on the original packaging, adhesive tape must not be applied, or the original packaging must not be damaged). If you receive damaged packaging or an item that does not meet the return requirements, the package will be returned to the sender.

 

Returned goods must be placed in additional protective (transport) packaging (for example, a box or a protective envelope).
